Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to help members achieve their goals while building a thriving PT business. You will have access to a built-in member base and support to grow your services, with the opportunity to retain 100% of your Personal Training earnings.

The role offers flexible 8–16 hour weekly agreements, paid gym floor hours, and a clear path to career development within a fast-growing fitness brand backed by Frasers Group.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions.
• Support new member acquisition and retention.
• Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service.
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges.
• Build relationships with members to support long-term engagement.
• Promote additional services and products that enhance member results.
• Maintain gym cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Support club events, campaigns and community initiatives.
