Village Hotels Swindon is seeking a dedicated Leisure Club team member to deliver exceptional member experiences. You will coach fitness sessions, run gym orientations and inductions, and help keep our club areas clean and welcoming.

Responsabilidades

• Lead gym orientations and inductions for new members.
• Deliver leading fitness classes and coaching sessions.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety across pool and club areas.
• Co-ordinate classes and support team to ensure smooth member experience.
• Build relationships with members to drive satisfaction and retention.

Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)

A real ‘people person’, you’ll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, plus ensure the club is in tip top shape, through monitoring of the pool area and first class cleanliness.
