Village Hotels is seeking an engaging fitness and hospitality professional to enhance member experiences across our leisure clubs in the UK. You will lead gym orientations, coach fitness classes and help maintain exceptional club standards from pool to cleanliness.

Formación

• Personal training qualification or certificaton required/preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to talk to gym members and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome new members with gym orientations and inductions.
• Deliver fitness classes and coaching sessions.
• Monitor pool area, cleanliness and safety to maintain high standards.
• Support club operations and coordinate classes and member experience.

Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)

A real ‘people person’, you’ll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, plus ensure the club is in tip top shape, through monitoring of the pool area and first class cleanliness.

Whether you’re coaching, cleaning or co‑ordinating a class, you’ll share your passion for top tier standards, and create an environment our members just love coming back to.

• A personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment
