Village Hotels is seeking a personable fitness professional to welcome new members through gym orientations and inductions, and to lead engaging fitness classes in our Leisure Club. You’ll help ensure the pool area remains clean and safe while supporting a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A personal training qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym orientations and inductions for new members.
• Deliver fitness classes and coaching within the club.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in pool and facilities.
• Support the team with general club operations.

Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)

A real ‘people person’, you’ll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, plus ensure the club is in tip top shape, through monitoring of the pool area and first class cleanliness.

Whether you’re coaching, cleaning or co-ordinating a class, you’ll share your passion for top tier standards, and create an environment our members just love coming back to.
