Village Hotel Club in Solihull is seeking a fitness-focused professional to lead classes and orientations, welcome new members and drive exceptional service. You’ll help maintain pool area standards and keep the club running smoothly, ensuring members feel valued and looked after every visit.

You’ll deliver top-tier fitness experiences, build strong member relationships and contribute to a vibrant, welcoming environment that aligns with our Village Way.

Formación

• Personal training qualification required.
• Experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build member satisfaction.

Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)

A real ‘people person’, you’ll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, plus ensure the club is in tip top shape, through monitoring of the pool area and first class cleanliness.

Whether you’re coaching, cleaning or co‑ordinating a class, you’ll share your passion for top tier standards, and create an environment our members just love coming back to.
