Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer in Manchester to deliver high quality sessions, develop programming plans, and guide members to reach their goals.

You will support growing your client base, participate in a 3 day induction, and pursue CDP courses to expand qualifications while enjoying member perks and a thriving team culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans.
• Guide members in the gym environment and support goal achievement.
• Grow your client base with inductions and ongoing development.
• Offer flexible 121 training sessions and maintain client engagement.

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. • 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
