Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our premium health clubs in Manchester. You will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, develop programming plans, and guide members in gym environments to help them reach goals.

We support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses, creating an inclusive culture where team members thrive physically and mentally while fulfilling their full potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions.
• Create programming plans for members.

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)

• As a Personal Trainer: Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
