Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure, Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group, is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer. You will deliver high-quality PT sessions, create programming plans, and guide members to achieve their goals.

The role offers a 3-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses to grow your skills. We provide an environment where you can thrive, with flexible hours, excellent earning potential from session revenue, and access to training.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CIMSPA Level 3 qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions with tailored programming.
• Guide and motivate members in the gym to help them reach their goals.
• Support client base growth through induction sessions and ongoing courses.

Job description

We are on the look out for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team! As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours – You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)

About you:

• As a Personal Trainer: Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role

• Have a passion about customer service.
