Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Dudley is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our premium health and wellness group. You will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym to help them achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 3 or equivalent.
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions with tailored programming.
• Guide members in gym environments to achieve their goals.
• Support growing your client base through sessions and CDP courses adaptation.
• Promote the club’s benefits and training services to members.

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses.

Some of our perks:

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per sessionand £21 per sessionfrom your 16th, weekly)

• Flexible working hours – You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)

About you:

As a Personal Trainer:

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role

• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
