David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Stevenage is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver high quality PT sessions and craft programming plans to help members achieve their goals.

You will be supported to grow your client base through a 3-day PT induction and access CDP training courses, within a thriving, inclusive club environment. Competitive earning potential with attractive benefits await.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals. We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. • 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
