Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Colchester is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions and create tailored programs for members within our premium health club environment.

You will guide members toward their goals, develop your client base with a 3-day induction, and advance your skills through CDP courses. A CIMSPA Level 3 is required, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members to reach goals.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals. We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses.

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)

As a Personal Trainer:
