Job Description

TPF Recruitment is supporting a well-established chartered accountancy practice in Ashford that is seeking a Personal Tax Senior to join their successful tax team. This is a part-time role, working 3-4 days a week, offering the chance to be part of a highly successful team. The role primarily focuses on personal tax, but also involves mixed tax work, including compliance, advisory, planning, and research projects.

• Supporting a range of clients from small businesses to international groups and high net worth individuals.
• Handling personal tax compliance and advisory services, including:
• Supporting partners with technical tax reports.
• Preparing personal, partnership, trust, ERS, ATED, P11D/PSA tax returns.
• Dealing with HMRC enquiries and liaising directly with clients and HMRC.
• Assisting with tax planning, IHT, and advisory work.
• Managing an interesting client portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an accountancy practice, preferably 2-5+ years.
• Experience in preparing tax returns within an accountancy practice.
• Qualifications: AAT, ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, or qualified by experience.
• This is a part-time role, working 3-4 days a week.
