Page Personnel is seeking a Personal Tax Senior to manage a diverse client base from our Wetherby office. Hybrid role with real client-facing responsibility and opportunities to provide tailored tax advice.

The successful candidate will handle personal tax compliance, advise on planning opportunities, and liaise with HMRC as required while keeping the team updated on tax changes. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and providing tailored advice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review personal tax returns for a variety of clients.
• Provide tax advisory support to clients, addressing their specific needs.
• Assist with HMRC enquiries and liaise with them on behalf of clients.
• Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate relevant updates to the team.
• Support junior team members with technical queries and training.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and advise clients accordingly.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients.
