• Monitor academic progress, personal development and engagement; coach and mentor to enable students to achieve and progress.
• Plan and facilitate a weekly tutorial/PHSE programme developing personal, social and employability skills.
• Identify safeguarding and wellbeing concerns and refer to relevant support services such as careers advice.
• Promote student achievement, positive behaviour, engagement and progression through timely support and intervention.
