Job summary

Confidential in Tolworth is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Executive to handle inbound enquiries for motor and home insurance, turning leads into sales with a professional service.

Salary £26,500-£28,500 with commission/bonus potential taking earnings to £40,000, plus £2,300 annual Saturday allowance. Hybrid pattern: one week in the office, then three weeks from home after initial training, with parking and a staff gym on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous personal lines insurance sales experience, especially car/van.
• Home insurance knowledge is useful.
• Willingness to pursue professional qualifications with funding.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from customers seeking motor/home insurance.
• Provide quotations and arrange suitable car, van and home cover.
• Convert inquiries into sales while delivering high service standards.
• Liaise with insurers as required and maintain accurate records.
• Complete supporting administration efficiently.
