Job summary

CKB Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Personal Lines Sales Executive for its Tolworth team. The role offers a basic salary of £26,500–£28,500 with bonus potential taking earnings to £40,000 and a £2,300 annual Saturday allowance.

Hybrid working is in place: one week in the office, followed by three weeks from home after training. You will handle inbound enquiries, quote and arrange motor, van and home insurance, and work toward developing your insurance career with support for professional

Qualifications

• Personal lines insurance sales experience, especially car/van insurance.
• Customer-focused with strong sales drive and service orientated approach.
• CII qualification pursued is a bonus and fundable by employer.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and convert into sales for motor, home, and related policies.
• Provide quotations and arrange suitable insurance products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks.
