Job summary

Faith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Clerk for our client in Chessington. You will handle inbound Motor and Home Insurance enquiries, assess customer needs, and upsell suitable cover while delivering excellent service in line with FCA requirements.

The role offers a salary of £22,250-£27,250 with an OTE around £50,000 per annum, plus staff parking, a workplace pension, and staff events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' insurance experience.
• CII qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
• Friendly, confident and sales-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking Motor and Home Insurance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate additional cover.
• Maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Work in line with FCA regulations and company procedures.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with insurance providers when required.
