Job summary

Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a popular insurance broker in High Wycombe to recruit a Personal Lines Insurance Broker on a full-time basis.

The role covers Household, mid and HNW and Motor insurance; most clients come by recommendation and the firm prides itself on a portfolio approach and high retention.

The position is office-based, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings, offering training and progression toward commercial lines.

Qualifications

• 1 year at least experience in personal lines Insurance broking or underwriting
• Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team
• A good level of literacy

This friendly broker have an opening due to expansion on their Private clients/ HNW team so they need personal lines Insurance experience.

Duties would include Household, mid and HNW and Motor Insurance. Most of the clients come through recommendation and their ethos is a ‘portfolio’ approach to their requirements so you will be comfortable offering a good service to loyal customers. They have over 90% retention!

The role is office based mainly Monday to Friday but you’d occasionally need to work Saturday mornings.

Essential Experience

• 1 year at least experience in personal lines Insurance broking or underwriting
• Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team
