Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of carrier and agency change procedures.
• Review reports in the Agency Management System.
• Manage follow-ups in the Agency Management System.
• Cultivate relationships with carriers and coworkers.
• Document policy changes, cancellations, and claim payments.
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and regulations.
