Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Solicitor for a leading Liverpool law firm’s Personal Injury Department. You will support the Personal Injury team with fee-earning work, manage case progression, and deliver excellent client care.

• Support fee-earning work in the Personal Injury Department.
• Assist with management and progression of cases while delivering client care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of a mixed caseload including RTA, EL, PL, Clinical Negligence, Housing Disrepair, CICA and Civil Litigation matters
• Attend client meetings and provide a professional and client-focused service
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, court applications and other legal documentation
• Assist with negotiations involving clients, insurers and other third parties
• Undertake legal research and analyse case law to support ongoing matters
• Attend court hearings and other off-site appointments as required
• Monitor and update matters on case management systems and online portals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external contacts
• Assist with business development and networking activities
• Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, GDPR requirements and internal procedures
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities

The Role
