Job summary

You will manage litigated, multitrack road traffic accident and liability claims, including employers’, public, and occupiers liability, guiding clients through complex processes with clear, practical advice.

This full-time, office-based role offers a supportive, small team environment where you will take ownership of cases from inception to resolution and have opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience handling claimant personal injury matters that are litigated and multitrack.
• Solid knowledge of civil court actions and Damages Portal processes.
• Strong client-care and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems and case management.
• Ability to work in a small, friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Look after your own case load and assist on complex matters.
• Be willing to handle substantial matters from inception.
• Integrate as part of the PI department to manage varied cases.
