Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence | Up to £65,000 | Kent (Hybrid Working Available)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a thriving, partner-led team within a reputable Legal 500 firm. This role offers exposure to high-quality, varied work, as well as the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing department.

The Role:

You’ll take on a caseload of both personal injury and clinical negligence matters, delivering expert advice and outstanding service to your clients. The role includes:

1. Managing a range of PI and clinical negligence claims, including those resulting from medical negligence
2. Taking client instructions and advising on case strategy and progress
3. Drafting documents and maintaining accurate, well-organised files
4. Handling client queries in a responsive, professional manner
5. Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

About You:

1. A qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
2. Personable and professional, with strong technical skills and attention to detail
3. A client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
4. Team player with a collaborative, flexible approach
5. Commercially aware and keen to contribute to the continued success of the department
