Multi track RTA work – Manchester – to £52,000 - Personal Injury –1 PQE +

Legal Executive or Solicitor - Manchester

We are looking to speak to talented Solicitors or Legal Executiveswith proven motor injury experience. The successful candidate will behandling technical, sometimes complex multi track work, so ideally thePartners are looking for previous multi track experience, though theywill also consider those with a fast track background.

• Previousexperience: Solid litigated RTA injury experience. Multi trackexperience is preferred but the Partners have made it clear they willalso consider fast track experience.

This isquite a niche team dealing with a small number of key insurer clientsof the firm. The successful candidate will be in a fantasticopportunity to hone their litigation skills in a supportive team. Theywill also get the opportunity to develop relationships with theclients and gain valuable experience dealing with them day to day.

In terms of values and levels of complexity, thecases can vary in value, but tend to be around the £150,000 to£250,000. They can also involve certain elements relating to the factsof the case that may add an extra level of complexity. Yourresponsibilities will include:

• Advising on acaseload of Multi Track Motor claims. You will have you own caseloadas well as assisting on more complex, high-value matters.
• Drafting courts documents such as pleadings.
• Preparing instructions to counsel and experts and attendingand advising in conference.
• Analysing complex medicalevidence where required.

The team acts for anumber of the firm’s top clients including national brands operatingin the logistics and leisure sectors.

The role offers hybridworking and excellent opportunities to develop in the team.
