Are you a qualified Solicitor looking to hone your advocacy skills within a highly regarded legal team?
We’re recruiting for an in-house advocate to join a respected firm known for its quality work across personal injury and insurance litigation. This is a rare opportunity for a qualified legal professional to take on an advocacy-focused role with full training and support from senior lawyers.
You’ll be based in the Liverpool office, with occasional travel to the firm’s Manchester and Bolton offices. There’s scope for this to be a full-time or part-time role (3 or 4 days a week), and working hours can be tailored to suit you.
Who we’re looking for- A qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a full practising certificate
- Strong interest in building a career focused on advocacy
- Experience in insurance fraud, general PI, EL/PL or professional negligence is beneficial
- Tenacious, motivated and confident in communication and report writing
- Someone who enjoys mentoring, training, and contributing to team growth
Salary & Benefits- Competitive salary dependent on experience
- 25 days holiday per year, increasing with service (option to buy/sell days)

- 35-hour working week (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
