Up to £40K DOE | Hybrid | Bristol

As a Personal Injury Paralegal you will be providing support to a specialist team handling insurance claims, with a particular emphasis on the marine sector. The team manages a broad range of personal injury claims involving individuals working within the marine environment, including claims involving passengers, crew and shore-side workers.

Key Responsibilities of a Personal Injury Paralegal :

• Support the handling of personal injury claims, both litigated and pre-litigated
• Draft legal documents and assist with case preparation
• Contribute to accident investigations, which may require occasional travel when required
• Liaise professionally with clients, insurers, witnesses, and other stakeholders
• Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case documentation
• Ensure procedural compliance and assist with court deadlines
• Provide support on complex or high-value matters

Requirements of the Personal Injury Paralegal include:

• Ideally, you will have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Executive in a personal injury team,
• Ideally, you will have a CILEX qualification (full or part) preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with the Claims Portal and CPR compliance
• Ability to undertake legal research and prepare well-structured case summaries
