Job summary

G2 Legal in Taunton is seeking a solicitor or legal professional to run your own caseload of claimant fast track EL/PL and RTA personal injury claims.

You'll manage cases from start to finish, liaise with experts, counsel and clients, and prepare court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss and particulars of claim, while instructing and briefing counsel and advising on post-litigated matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience handling a mixed Fast-Track personal injury caseload including EL/PL & RTA.
• Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of MoJ Portal CPR.
• Sadly candidates with only RTA experience cannot be considered.
