Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal in Birmingham (hybrid). You will support a growing legal team by managing a supervised caseload, assisting senior solicitors with complex clinical negligence matters, and liaising with clients and medical experts.

The role involves legal research and documentation preparation to support cases through pre- and post-issue procedures. The ideal candidate will have a law-related degree or relevant professional training, prior legal experience

Qualifications

• Prior legal experience, preferably in clinical negligence.
• Strong research, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written communication and client care skills.
