C-Change Scotland is seeking a Personal Development Worker in Dennyloanhead to support a client with life goals, accompany walks, discuss films, and assist in building confidence and independence. You will be part of a small, client-centred team and travel across the local area as needed.

The role offers 10 hours per week with a driver essential and a supportive working environment aimed at real-life, day-to-day change.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel to Glasgow and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication to chat about films and engage in discussions during walks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal development support tailored to the client’s goals.
• Travel with the client to activities and be confidently mobile in various locations.
• Support independence and life skills through practical, person-centred approaches.
