C-Change Scotland in Bellshill is seeking a Personal Development Worker to help Zoe live her best life. You will join a small, friendly team dedicated to empowering people with learning disabilities and other support needs to be active citizens in their community.

The role involves supporting daily living from 10:30am to 9:00pm, with flexible days across the week. It is a permanent, part-time position for those able to work across varying hours.

Qualifications

• Female‑only requirement under Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9.
• Supportive of daily living, relationships and social activities.
