Job summary

Doncaster College is seeking a Personal Development (PD) Facilitator to deliver an engaging PD curriculum, helping learners develop skills, confidence and resilience for education, employment and life.

In this permanent role, you will work 35.5 hours per week at our Doncaster campus, collaborating with tutors and leaders to support learner success, promote wellbeing and progression planning, and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Requires a Level 3 qualification or above.
• Experience delivering teaching, tutoring, mentoring or coaching to learners.
• Ability to use ICT and facilitate blended learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for learner-centred delivery.
• Understanding of teaching, learning, safeguarding in FE/HE and learner development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PD sessions and promote participation.
• Create high-quality learning resources and activities.
• Support wellbeing, citizenship, digital awareness and progression planning.
• Monitor learner engagement and refer to support services when needed.
• Collaborate with tutors, curriculum leaders and teams to support learner success.
• Contribute to PD curriculum development and quality improvement.
