Job summary

Elizabeth Court is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support one individual in daily living, outings, shopping and occasional baking/cooking. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centered care within a specialist unit for adults with complex needs.

You will need a valid driving license and the ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills to build trust with the resident. DBS checks and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with experience.
• Previous experience working within a care home or as a personal care assistant is desired.

About Elizabeth Court:

Elizabeth Court is a specialist unit comprising of 16 fully en-suite bedrooms care home for younger and older adults Service Users with Learning/Physical Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and Degenerative Neurological Disorders, spinal injury, Stoke and rehabilitation, requiring a continuum of care, through a structured program of rehabilitation.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to just one individual in their daily lives. The role will include supporting the individual on outings, shopping and baking/cooking occasionally.

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience working within a care home or as a personal care assistant is desired.
