I live with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2 and use a powered wheelchair and hoists. I work full‑time for a FTSE 100 company, travel frequently, and rarely miss a Liverpool match. I am your employer – the CEO, HR manager, finance team, scheduler, and project manager – all while running my own career. This is one‑to‑one care. Fit is critical. Local applicants essential.
My life is demanding: work, travel, hospital appointments, physio, football. I need a flexible, reliable, and growing team. My staff stay 10–15 years; this is about sustainability.
Not typical care work. No entertaining, no behaviour management, no SEN. I’m only challenging when Liverpool lose. You help me fit as much as possible into every 24 hours.
NHS + DWP‑funded. 20 years of never missing payroll. Pension, holidays, insurance. Work is stable and valued.
Hospital appointments, physio, swimming, UK‑wide meetings, football, fresh cooking, housework and regular home routines. Travel opportunities (no EasyJet package holidays). Fully equipped home.
