Join us as a Customer Service Representative / Personal Banker in Spalding

About the Role

You’ll be essential in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will proactively seek ways to enhance our customer banking experience and will receive full training to attain a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking, building on your existing skills.

Note: This role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements. The position is offered for a period of six months.

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact in our branches, you’ll deliver outstanding service in every interaction, working with high accuracy to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

  1. Engage in proactive conversations to understand and meet customer needs.
  2. Handle general banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers.
  3. Educate customers on different banking methods and our range of services.
  4. Identify opportunities to assist with simple financial products and collaborate with other teams for a smooth experience.

Additional Information

You will join a network of dedicated colleagues available to support our customers. Flexibility in working hours is required; typically, hours are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays.
