Job summary

Lancashire Independent Living Service is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a female client living in Thornton Cleveleys. The role focuses on encouragement, confidence-building, independence and facilitating access to the local community.

Responsibilities include motivating the client to start the day, accompanying her to appointments and social outings such as cinema and meals, and providing emotional support where needed.

Job description

We are looking for a caring, reliable and patient Personal Assistant to support a female client living in Thornton Cleveleys. The role is to provide encouragement and support to help build confidence, promote independence and assist with accessing the local community. Duties will include:

• Accompanying the client to activities such as the cinema, restaurants or other social outings

The client enjoys listening to music, going to the cinema, eating out and is interested in learning how to use a sewing machine.
