Cornwall Council Together for Families seeks a reliable Personal Assistant to support a fun-loving and active 15-year-old with Cerebral Palsy in the St Austell area. The role involves helping her live an active life and join in outings while respecting her independence.

The successful candidate will work within a private arrangement with the family. DBS clearance is required; the administration process will be handled by Cornwall Council. Sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Experience as a Personal Assistant or teaching assistant.
• Reliable and enthusiastic approach to caregiving.

Are you an experienced PA or teaching assistant?

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support a fun-loving and active 15 year old with Cerebral Palsy living in the St Austell area.

She enjoys going out and about and has a manual wheelchair to get around. She is really friendly, sociable and chatty.

The successful applicant will be employed under a private arrangement with the family, and will not be employed or carry out work for Cornwall Council.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All offers of employment will be subject to the successful candidate undertaking an enhanced DBS check. The administration process will be undertaken by Cornwall Council.
