Personal Assistant to Group CEO
Location: Sandwich, Kent
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (flexible Monday–Friday)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (pro rata)

Overview

A well-established organisation in the social care sector is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Group CEO. This is a varied, fast-paced, and rewarding role requiring professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Group CEO
  • Type reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes accurately
  • Manage diary, emails, and meeting schedules
  • Liaise with managers to track deadlines and reports
  • Prepare agendas and documentation for meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Maintain and update bespoke management databases (training provided)

  • Previous PA or Executive Assistant experience
