We are looking for an exceptional EA to organise and assist our CEO and Board in every aspect of their business and private lives. This is a challenging role with a high level of responsibility and exposure to our Board, our clients and the wider business.

Job requirements

  • Experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within finance, tech, or a corporate environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organised, efficient and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Outlook
  • Initiative, professionalism and a strong team ethic

Job responsibilities

You will provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to our CEO and wider Board, helping them stay on top of their schedules and deliverables.

  • Extensive diary management - scheduling and managing calendar appointments and requests
  • Travel - working with our travel company and sales team to arrange overseas trips. Providing detailed itineraries for business trips
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting packs
  • Event planning - organising Board onsites, offsites and ad hoc events for our Board
  • Personal errands - for example, collecting dry cleaning and other ad hoc requests
  • Providing ad hoc support for Senior Management as well as being a proactive member of our support team and providing cover when required
