Personal Assistant | Robotics Start-up | London

Compensation: Competitive salary from £70k + benefits (incl. visa sponsorship, pension, private medical care)

We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive Executive Assistant with a passion for supporting top-level executives. Join an innovative robotics start-up that pushes the boundaries of technology to develop advanced robots aimed at enhancing human capabilities and addressing labor shortages.

Your Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will ensure seamless operations and handle tasks such as:

  • Managing the CEO’s schedule, arranging Zoom meetings, and providing calendar analytics.
  • Providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
  • Maintaining databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Airtable, Notion).
  • Assisting with document preparation, contact management, and correspondence.
  • Conducting data mining, compiling reports, and supporting business intelligence efforts.
  • Translating business documents (Russian fluency required).
  • Office Coordination – Supporting day-to-day administrative functions and ensuring operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 7+ years as an Executive or Business Assistant supporting CEOs, business owners, or UHNW individuals.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Jira, Slack, and Notion.
