ENABLE Scotland is seeking Personal Assistants to deliver mental health support in Govanhill, Glasgow. This part-time night shift (8pm–8am) carries 24 hours per week and focuses on helping individuals achieve their goals and maintain wellbeing in a supportive environment.

No prior care experience is required; values and transferrable skills matter. You will join a bespoke team dedicated to safety, dignity, and inclusion, enabling people to live more independent and connected lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care as required.
• Support moving and handling where needed.
• Provide positive behavioural support and help expand social connections.

Annandale Street offers accommodation to elderly adults experiencing mental health issues. It’s a ground floor residence, with a homely, domestic feel. Each of the bedrooms is personalised and has its own ensuite toilet. There is also a sheltered communal courtyard area, shower rooms, and a separate bathroom.
