Job summary

Enable Scotland’s Arden Project in Glasgow is recruiting Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to work 24 hours per week across several shifts (8.30-2.30pm, 12-6pm, 9.30-3.30pm) including overnight support, with an hourly rate of £13.45. You will support individuals with daily living, personal care and appointments, helping them to build independence and community links.

No prior care experience is required; we value your values and transferable skills, and you will join a compassionate team

B loves nothing more than watching Only Fools & Horses having a good laugh with staff reminiscing about the past. B takes pride in her flat and staff support her with daily household tasks. B needs support to manage her finances, medications and attend appointments and enjoys popping for a coffee when out. Her family are important to her and she will talk you through all the photos she has on her walls when you visit her flat. B wishes the staff to encourage and support her to be as independent as she can be.
