We have an opportunity for an experienced PA to join our Business Support team in London, supporting three Directors and twelve fee earners.

What you will do

  • Provide administrative support for the three teams, including diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as formatting documents, preparing PowerPoint presentations, managing expenses and timesheets.
  • Format, compile, and deliver complex documents like Planning Statements or client reports.
  • Manage invoicing, invoice trackers, WIP, and assist with debt management.
  • Prepare bids, tenders, and marketing materials.
  • Organize team events, business development activities, and client entertainment.
  • Ensure accurate completion of daily admin tasks for billing purposes.
  • Format Quod templates and compile PDFs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on Pre-qualification Questionnaires.
  • Monitor conflict check emails and general inboxes, forwarding emails as needed.
  • Order supplies and maintain stock levels.
  • Support company CPDs with room bookings, IT setup, and refreshments.
  • Assist other team members as needed, including covering leave and interacting with other business areas.
