Job summary

A rapidly expanding finance firm in Mayfair seeks an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-quality support to their Managing Director. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, client relations, and assisting with business expenses. Fully Office-Based

8:30am-5:30pm

Our client is a rapidly expanding finance firm in Mayfair with excellent offices and a dynamic, supportive company culture. They are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-quality support to their Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage international and domestic travel diaries.
  2. Serve as a reliable point of contact and build strong relationships with clients.
  3. Assist the administration team with document organization as needed.
  4. Manage the Managing Director's business expenses, ensuring timely submission to the relevant team.
  5. Attend meetings and client presentations when required.
  6. Prepare relevant documents and ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
