Zurich Insurance Company is seeking an experienced engineer for hands-on inspections and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate will possess solid engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a valid UK driving license. What will I be doing?
You will start with our industry-leading, bespoke training and quickly progress to carrying out hands-on statutory inspections. You will provide expert opinions on a wide range of equipment, helping our clients comply with relevant legislation and meet high standards. After inspections, you'll report using a rugged laptop and electronically submit reports to clients. Good IT skills and high literacy are essential. You should be an excellent communicator and confident in making sound engineering judgments.
What skills/qualifications will I have?
You should be an experienced engineer with solid knowledge of your discipline, working within a multi-disciplined inspection team in your area. Reporting to a Team Manager, you will be based from home, with your client base within reasonable travel distance.
