Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant (PA) - Bristol (BS1)

  • Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)



Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic company based in the heart of Bristol (BS1) who are seeking a dedicated and proactive PA to join their team.


Role Overview: As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Organising and scheduling meetings

  • Coordinating diaries and managing appointments

  • Planning and preparing for meetings

  • Minute meetings

  • Handle correspondence and phone calls

  • Prepare presentations and reports

  • Providing general administrative and office support


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a PA or administrative role is essential

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
