Disability North is seeking a friendly, reliable Personal Assistant to support Frank during school holidays and occasional Sundays in the Newcastle area. The role focuses on helping him access social and leisure activities while ensuring safety and positive social development in the community.

Key support areas include encouraging independence, managing ARFID and toileting needs, and providing consistent reassurance.

Qualifications

• Must be a car driver with own license
• DBS check required
• Experience supporting AuDHD children is advantageous
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Support Frank to access social and leisure activities
• Help keep Frank safe in the community
• Provide reassurance and positive support around ARFID and toileting/self-care
• Encourage independence with suitable encouragement
• Transport duties as needed, car driver essential
