Job summary

Supreme Support is seeking compassionate Community Support workers to assist individuals in their own homes across North Lincolnshire. You will provide independent living support, help with daily tasks, transport, and accompany activities to maintain social engagement.

The role requires a DBS certificate, a full driving licence with business insurance, and experience with complex needs. Shifts include community visits from 9am to 4pm, with 24-hour sleep-in options; you may mix shifts.

Qualifications

• DBS certificate required.
• Full clean driving licence with business insurance.
• Experience supporting service users with complex needs.
• Ability to work in a person-centred way and be respectful.
