Job summary

Independent Living Solutions Ltd. is seeking a part-time care worker in Attleborough to support a client at home, with a 13-hour week schedule and flexibility for overnight and leave coverage.

The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, and community activities, with DBS checks and training provided. Drivers with a full licence are essential; shifts include early, daytime, evening, and overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Female due to providing personal care.
• Experience with Acquired Brain Injury.
• Confident and comfortable working in the client's own home.
• Good organisational skills and reliability.
• A full driving licence (endorsements to be disclosed).
• Willingness to work flexibly and cover shifts at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of independence with all activities.
• Daily exercises to support her activity programme including rehabilitation and hydrotherapy.
• Deliver personal care tailored to her individual needs.
• Move and handle using equipment safely (wheelchair, standing frame, bike).
• Transporting our client in her own adapted Motability vehicle.
• Promoting purposeful, structured time both at home and in the community.
• Assisting with medication administration.
