Job summary

ILA Self Directed Support Forth Valley in Grangemouth is seeking a part-time Care Worker / Personal Assistant to support a 35-year-old woman living with cerebral palsy. You will assist with personal care (showering), meals, and daily tasks, helping her stay independent and engaged in activities she loves, from horse riding to cinema trips.

The role requires weekend availability, with Friday 10:30am–2:30pm and every second Saturday 10:30am–1:30pm, plus potential extra hours to cover holidays or

• Personal care (showering only)
• Preparing meals and cooking
• Day-to-day living tasks
• Getting out and about in the community
• Supporting hobbies, interests, and social activities
