Job summary

ILA Self Directed Support Forth Valley is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant in Falkirk (FK1 1AA) to support a 24-year-old client with social activities and independence. Hours are 4 per week, with flexibility to increase over time, and the role is on-site.

Rate of Pay is £13.45 per hour gross. A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be welcomed but are not essential. Posting date 1 Sept 2026; closing date 1 Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, flexible and trustworthy.
• Driving licence welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting social outings and leisure activities
• Supporting visiting cafes and restaurants
• Supporting use of public transport
• Supporting occasional overnight trips
• Supporting exercise and gym sessions
• Accessing activities in the community
• Assistance with cooking/meal preparation where required
• Any other duties commensurate with the role of a Personal Assistant
