Job summary

ENABLE Scotland is seeking Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to help people with learning disabilities live independently and access everyday opportunities in a supportive, values-driven environment. Acknowledge the importance of calm, respectful interaction and structured routines, with registration with the SSSC required within 3 months of starting.

Roles include assisting with daily living tasks, support for home and garden, and facilitating outings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks as needed.
• Assist with moving and handling and positive behavioural support where appropriate.
• Support Ben and others with activities, errands and social engagement.
